DTGO Selected as One of the Most Ethical Companies in the World for 2023, Reinforcing Commitment to Global Ethical Business Standards
The World's Most Ethical Companies is an honor that recognizes organizations demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices, governance, and the highest standards of integrity. DTGO Corporation Limited (DTGO) has been selected by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies for 2023.

DTGO is the first business organization in Thailand to be selected for five consecutive years since its first recognition in 2019. Additionally, it is one of only six companies in the Asia region to receive this honor this year. For 2023, a total of 135 organizations from 19 countries and 46 industries were recognized as ethical businesses.
Dr. Wit Sunthoranant, Chief Strategy Officer for Corporate Social Responsibility at DTGO Corporation Limited, stated, "DTGO and all our affiliated companies, along with our entire team, are extremely excited and honored to be evaluated against the rigorous standards of the World’s Most Ethical Companies, allowing a representative organization from Thailand to be included in this prestigious global list once again."
"DTGO operates under the concept of business-social integration, emphasizing both business operations and social activities simultaneously. We allocate 2% of our revenue to initiate and implement social projects, creating value for everything on Earth. By adhering to this approach, we are well-equipped to tackle various challenges."
Throughout the past period, DTGO and its affiliated companies have continuously expanded their business, such as MQDC, a leading real estate developer that has successfully developed 'The Forestias', a large-scale themed project recognized as a global model city with numerous awards both domestically and internationally. Additionally, we have ventured into the metaverse with MQDC IDYLLIAS, a world that connects the real and virtual realms in every dimension, as well as creating a digital twin to provide sustainable happiness to all beings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Research and Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC by MQDC) developed a negative pressure emergency room (ER) with 100% fresh air, utilizing HEPA Filter technology to reduce infection during treatment in field hospitals, marking another significant step for researchers in their quest to improve quality of life.
Moreover, we have been involved in educational initiatives by enhancing the quality of English language teaching at schools and learning centers for border patrol police in Phayao and Nan provinces, supported by academic staff from the Phuttharaksa Foundation, among others. These are part of our business and social operations," Dr. Wit Sunthoranant concluded.
"Ethics are crucial for every organization. Any organization that adheres to conducting business with integrity through good and effective practices will not only improve work standards but also enhance long-term operational efficiency," said Ms. Erica Salmon Byrne, CEO of the Ethisphere Institute. "We continue to be inspired by the companies selected as the most ethical in the world, and the dedication of each organization has created positive impacts and changes for all stakeholders, serving as a model of strong leadership and value."
"Ethics, morality, and integrity are the true identity of the DTGO family (fam refers to the members of DTGO Corporation Limited) and are the driving force of the organization in adding value to everything we do, or Adding Value in Everything We Do, both in business and social sectors," Dr. Wit Sunthoranant concluded.
DTGO has conducted business alongside social projects through various charitable organizations, including the Phuttharaksa Foundation focusing on education, the Blue Carbon Society emphasizing environmental issues, and the Thanin Tevi Chiaravanont Foundation focusing on public health.
The selection of the World's Most Ethical Companies is an annual process conducted by the Ethisphere Institute, which evaluates organizations using the Ethics Quotient® (EQ) system. Organizations are scored based on responses to over 200 questions regarding culture, environmental and social roles, ethical practices, governance, and the creation of activities that foster strong social relationships. This process serves as a framework for gathering and establishing best practices from organizations across various industries worldwide.
