The three major real estate associations are promoting the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair to enhance the real estate market's fluidity, addressing the situation of 'difficult to buy, hard to sell' with Financial Advisory services.

Dr. Vichian Patthayanun, CEO of Chao Phraya Mahanakorn Public Company Limited, as the chairman of the organizing committee for the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair, stated, "The Thai Real Estate Association, the Housing Development Association, and the Thai Condominium Association aim to elevate the significance of the Housing and Condo Fair to be a platform that helps Thai people easily become 'homeowners'. Currently, many factors make people hesitant to buy homes, and sellers find it difficult to sell. The mechanisms of the real estate business are not functioning at full capacity. In reality, this issue requires cooperation from the government, financial institutions, and private operators to work together to resolve the situation."

“The three associations are striving to enhance the role of the fair as a Financial Advisory platform for loan advice, serving as a central venue that brings together developer members, leading financial institutions, and consumers. Buyers will have the opportunity to choose from thousands of projects presented by operators, along with special promotions exclusive to the fair. Once they find their desired home, they can seek advice or apply for loans with financial institutions. This year, we have already received support from Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, and UOB. Aspiring homeowners will once again have hope in applying for loans correctly and have a chance to get approved, while banks can quickly screen quality customers and assess borrowers' repayment capabilities, helping to reduce the rate of NPLs. Meanwhile, operators can sell their existing products, creating a win-win situation for all parties, addressing the 'difficult to buy, hard to sell' situation, and allowing the real estate market mechanisms to continue moving forward. Even though this is a small effort, if successful, we will see significant financial movement.”

Mr. Theerawat Pipattanaditkul, Head of Public Relations for the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair, stated, "From surveys conducted at previous fairs, we found that visitors are increasingly from Gen Y families, who are tech-savvy and constantly connected to the internet, accessing information through social media. Therefore, our public relations team has chosen the theme for this event to suit the Gen Y target group: 'Up Life by Live' or 'Upgrade Your Life, Choose Easier than Ever', which reflects an event that combines features that perfectly meet Gen Y's needs, including a help center with staff and data analysis systems based on needs and housing sources to provide options and advice for attendees."

“For our public relations plan, we focus on disseminating news and advertisements through various online media, including the fair's own channels such as Facebook, IG, Line OA, Website, YouTube, and TikTok. We also promote through Google in the form of banner ads via Google Display Network and SEM to ensure the fair's website appears on Google's front page by selecting comprehensive keywords. Additionally, we utilize KOLs renowned in the real estate industry to create promotional content across various platforms before and during the event.”

“Besides social media, to reach the target audience as broadly as possible, our public relations team has continuously used mainstream media to promote the event until the opening ceremony, ensuring that news is consistently available through news channels. We also employed Out of Home media to broadcast 15-30 second advertisements on screens in the MRT and on Digital Billboards around Asoke, Klong Toey, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, and the Bon Kai area heading into Klong Toey, as well as publicizing through popular television programs like 'Midday News' on Channel 3,” Mr. Theerawat said.

Those dreaming of becoming a homeowner can see their dreams come true at the 43rd Housing and Condo Fair, which will take place from March 23-26 at Hall 5, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event will feature booths from over 200 companies, showcasing more than 1,000 real estate projects covering all types, prices, and locations.
