Plus Property Co., Ltd. has created career stability opportunities for the new generation of children and youth in building management. The company supports educational knowledge by establishing a new curriculum called "Building Management Techniques" in collaboration with the Building Management Technology Department at the Higher Vocational Certificate level (Vocational Diploma) at Sahavith Business Technology College in Suphanburi Province. Plus Property has a team of experts from PLUS Eduplex who will share knowledge and provide real-world internship experiences for students, aiming to build a sustainable future in the workforce. The initiative, named "PLUS for the Young," began with designing the Experience Journey, improving the learning environment, classrooms, and teaching equipment to enhance the quality of the educational atmosphere while producing quality personnel to meet the current demands of the real estate market.

Mr. Santi Srisongkram, Director of Experience Development at Plus Property Co., Ltd., led a team of Plus employees to improve classrooms, creating a suitable learning environment for students. Recognizing the benefits that students will gain from using classroom spaces and career-related learning materials, the company undertook classroom renovations, painted walls, decorated rooms, and provided teaching materials. This effort received support in quality paint from Nippon Paint Decorative Coatings (Thailand) Ltd. and learning materials from the procurement department of Sansiri Public Company Limited. Dr. Juthamanee Kraikoonasai, Director and Head of the Collaborative Project at Sahavith Business Technology College, represented the college in receiving the renovated classroom and equipment for future educational use at the college in Suphanburi Province recently.
