SC Asset, a leader in delivering high-quality Living Solutions, has been recognized as the number one real estate company that young professionals want to work for, according to a survey conducted by WorkVenture. The online survey targeted individuals aged 20-35 in Bangkok with at least a bachelor's degree, totaling over 10,000 respondents. SC Asset also ranked 17th in the Top 50 Companies in Thailand, a significant leap from 42nd place last year.

Ms. Chomchada Kuldeelok, Head of Brand Strategy and Corporate Communication at SC Asset Corporation, represented the company in accepting the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2023 award from Jens Pold, CEO of WorkVenture Technologies Co., Ltd. This event was organized by WorkVenture, a leading employer branding consultant and popular job search platform in Thailand.

Over the years, SC Asset has prioritized its employees, believing that every employee is crucial to driving the business forward. The company fosters teamwork and encourages everyone to speak up and take action, providing freedom of thought and creating a trusting and friendly environment. This has led to the development of the Inside SC brand, an employer branding initiative that shares stories about working life at the company, showcasing its comprehensive benefits, competitive and fair compensation, and a deep understanding of the new generation's needs, adapting to the changing work landscape.

During the event, Ms. Chomchada shared insights into the success of creating the Employer Branding, stating, "In developing the Inside SC brand, we engaged in discussions and gathered insights from young professionals and SC Asset employees across all departments. We then designed benefits and corporate culture that meet their needs. We must understand everyone in the company comprehensively. In the real estate sector, we don't only have employees sitting in air-conditioned offices working from 9 to 5.

We also have employees stationed at various housing projects who have to park in the sun and work outdoors. While work-from-home arrangements may suit office teams, it may not be feasible for those on-site. Therefore, when designing benefits, we must consider everyone in the company thoroughly, addressing the current lifestyle through the concept of 'One Size Doesn't Fit All' to encompass employees from all generations. Receiving this award is proof that we are on the right path."

Inside SC's brand philosophy is 'Freedom to be Our Best,' allowing everyone to work effectively in their own way, accompanied by benefits designed to attract young talent based on the three principles of '3 D's':

Good Balance - A flexible working system that fosters creative working styles, such as a Hybrid Workplace where office employees can work from anywhere two days a week, while on-site employees can adjust their schedules flexibly according to project needs, along with benefits that allow for Workcation without losing vacation days.

Good Society A caring community that starts with equitable healthcare and marriage equality, open to all genders and ages.

Good Future Allocating a budget to promote employee learning and growth, enabling them to improve their work continuously.

Ms. Chomchada concluded, "Times have changed significantly. In the past, companies had the right to choose employees, but now job seekers have the power to choose which companies they want to work for, leading to a Talent War for attracting young professionals. Therefore, we must communicate that if you choose to work with SC Asset, you are not just getting a salary and fair compensation; you are receiving comprehensive benefits that genuinely care for your quality of life, along with opportunities for personal development and sustainable growth with the organization."
