Britania Showcases Success One Year After IPO, Expands into Prime Locations, Surpassing Sales Targets to Achieve All-Time High!
"Britania" or "BRI" has announced its continuous growth success in the year following its listing on the stock exchange, expanding into various prime locations that cater to the modern consumer lifestyle. The company has achieved presale sales exceeding 11 billion baht, surpassing its target, and highlighting its strengths in functions that meet the needs of a lifestyle people love, designed for all generations while supporting the clean energy mega-trend. The company has gained the trust of its joint venture partners and plans to announce its business plan for 2023 at the end of February.

Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) , a developer of housing projects that cater to a lifestyle people love, stated that after being listed on the stock exchange at the end of 2021, the company has been committed to continuous and sustainable growth. In 2022, it implemented a strategy under the concept of 'Growth Together' alongside enhancing its Brand Promise to "CRAFT a life you love," resulting in excellent consumer reception. The company achieved presale sales of over 11.045 billion baht, a 32% increase compared to 2021's 8.371 billion baht, marking the highest sales since the company's inception (All Time High).

The sales came from 28 residential projects currently on sale, including 9 new projects launched in 2022, which received a positive response both for the new projects and for those launched in previous years that continued to grow in sales.
The key strategies that led to last year's success include:
1. Choosing to expand into hub locations, such as the logistics hub in Udon Thani, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) in Rayong, and community areas near shopping centers, schools, and hospitals around Bangkok and its suburbs.
2. Designing each project to meet the lifestyle needs of all generations, considering the functions that each generation requires, including parents, children, and the elderly.
3. Enhancing functions that promote sustainable living and environmental friendliness, such as collaborating with Origin Gunkul Energy Co., Ltd. to gradually install rooftop solar panels for homes under the Grand Britania project and installing EV chargers for model homes in the Britania Amata-Panthong project.
4. Prioritizing technology and innovation that meet lifestyle needs, such as installing USB charging points at all key locations in homes.
"Although we may be a newcomer that has just been listed on the stock exchange for a little over a year, we are committed to studying consumer insights, developing ourselves, enhancing new functions, and expanding into new locations to better serve all consumer groups and generations. We will continue to innovate to allow consumers to truly live the life they love," Mr. Surin stated.
Mr. Surin further mentioned that the success achieved has resulted in the company gaining the trust of various national partners for joint ventures. In the first nine months of 2022, the company collaborated on five projects with a total project value of over 8.85 billion baht with two partners: 1. Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong-based investment group, for the Britania Amata-Panthong, Grand Britania Bangna Km. 35, and Grand Britania Kukot projects; 2. Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a top-tier real estate developer from Japan, for the Britania Town Bangna Km. 17 and Britania Home Bangna Km. 17 projects.
Overall, the country's economy in 2023 is expected to continue recovering, with the overall GDP projected to grow by 3-5%. The company remains confident in achieving growth greater than last year and plans to officially reveal its business plan for 2023 by the end of February.
