Singha Estate held the official launch event for the single-house project Sirininth Residences, located on Pattanakarn 32, which is the latest project in the company's residential business that currently includes high-rise condominium projects under the brands The ESSE and The EXTRO, as well as ultra-luxury horizontal projects like Santiburi The Residences, along with the home office segment under the Sentre brand. This year, we plan to expand into at least 2-3 more segments with 5 new projects totaling approximately 10 billion baht, adhering to Singha Estate's standards that prioritize three aspects: quality, family happiness, and good community relationships.
