It was another fun day as I had the opportunity to attend THE FUTURE OF LIVING WELL and was among the first group to visit CINQ RESERVE, the new communal area of CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7. What’s particularly interesting about this project is its extension of the Luxury Wellness Living concept that A5 has adopted as a direction for project development and resident care. This was conveyed through the executives' presentations, along with a tour of the project that made it clear how the Wellness concept has been integrated from the very beginning of this development, including the Master Plan, home design, landscaping, and communal areas, ensuring that every element connects with real-life living—not just looking beautiful on the first day but being functional every day. CINQ RESERVE features areas designed for relaxation, low-impact exercise, health recovery, and family time, including green spaces, resting corners, and Wellness Facilities that connect with the project's atmosphere. The event also included activities such as Wellness Experiences, golf putting, and ballet performances, alongside the first visit to the new garden.

CINQ RESERVE is divided into 5 main zones:

 • The Pavilion: An indoor relaxation area for family activities.

 • Leisure Deck: A relaxation area by the pool designed in a resort-like atmosphere.

 • Reserve Hydrotherapy Pool: A 5.0 × 15.0 meter pool that combines swimming, hydrotherapy, and temperature control, inspired by international Wellness Resorts.

 • Reserve Lawn: A grassy area surrounded by trees selected according to the Wellbeing Plant concept to promote the health of residents.

 • Poolside Amenities: Areas supporting pool usage.

The first feeling upon entering the CINQ RESERVE garden is the impression of tranquility and privacy. The landscape design aims to allow nature to heal residents through the sounds of the wind, gentle sunlight, and meticulously arranged green spaces, making one feel recharged every time they step in. There is also a focus on Quality of Life from the initial project development stage to ongoing resident care after home delivery. This creates a "new definition of balanced and sustainable happy living" for residents. What makes this project interesting and stand out from typical luxury projects is the shift in thinking regarding residential development, centered around three main pillars:

 • Wellness: A5 uses this as a core strategy in its Brand Strategy, integrating it into every dimension to create a truly long-term quality of life.

 • A Complete Wellness Ecosystem: Through the launch of CINQ RESERVE, designed to support well-being in every aspect, adhering to the Wellness by Design principle, which has been considered from the Master Plan, home architecture, landscape arrangement, to the consideration of natural light direction, wind, ventilation, and green spaces that cater to all age groups (Universal Design).

 • Sustainable Happiness with Upper Class Solutions: This ensures care from the day of delivery, after-sales service, and premium services such as Concierge Service that help manage daily life, allowing residents more time to focus on themselves and their families.

Personally, I see CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 as a project that creates a living experience through design and long-term care, along with luxury and appropriately sized homes, aligning with the trend where luxury home buyers increasingly value Quality of Life.
