The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has projected around 25 million foreign tourists in 2023. Additionally, the number of foreign visitors to the project from December 1, 2022, to January 15, 2023, increased by over 200%, showing interest in the project's location and design concept of holiday homes with private pools in every unit.
