“Habitat Group” announced its success in winning 9 awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023 – 2024 for 2 projects: Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya and Highland Park Pool Villas Pattaya, reinforcing its position as a leader in premium real estate development for residential living and investment in Thailand.

Recently, Habitat Group won 9 awards for 2 luxury projects at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023 – 2024, including Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya, which won awards in the categories of Best Residential High-Rise Development Thailand, Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Thailand, Best Architecture Multiple Residence Thailand, Residential Development 20+ Units Thailand, and was nominated in the categories of Residential High Rise Development Asia Pacific, Residential High Rise Architecture Asia Pacific, Architecture Multiple Residence Asia Pacific.

“Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya will be a new project launching soon, located in a prime area of Pattaya, a city with significant potential for future growth,” Mr. Chanin stated.

Additionally, the Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya is also competing for international awards at the International Property Awards in the categories of Residential High Rise Development Asia Pacific, Residential High Rise Architecture Asia Pacific, Architecture Multiple Residence Asia Pacific, which will take place on November 17, 2023, in London, England.

Another project that won awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023 – 2024 is Highland Park Pool Villas Pattaya, which won awards in the categories of Residential Property Thailand and Architecture Multiple Residence Thailand.

The Highland Park Pool Villas Pattaya project is a modern resort-style pool villa project valued at 1.7 billion baht, covering over 51 rai, featuring a premium location in Huay Yai with beautiful mountain views, spacious living areas for high privacy, and a clubhouse with complete amenities.
