New services will be added in the luxury segment, targeting provincial markets such as Khon Kaen, Khao Yai, Hua Hin, Phuket, Chonburi, and Rayong, which are major cities and tourist destinations with high service demand.

In addition to launching new businesses, there are ongoing plans to consider continuous expansion into new ventures, focusing on consumer-related businesses such as laundry services (Wash & Dry). The revenue target for 2023 is set at 1.3 billion baht, representing a growth of 173.06%, nearly tripling from 2021, with over 150 projects under management, 40% of which are affiliated with Origin and 60% outside of it, compared to the current management of approximately 120 projects.
