Dr. Natthakitti Tangpoolsinthana, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing at Central Pattana, stated that “Ramindra” is one of the most promising areas in Bangkok, which has changed significantly due to various factors. The renovation of Central Ramindra is a major transformation in 30 years, highlighting three main strategies:
- Create a New Face, New Destination to support the area's growth. Central Pattana pioneered the first shopping center in the area 30 years ago, and now the landscape has modernized with urban expansion and infrastructure connecting to the subway, making it a key area for both living and working. Additionally, there is a growth in quality residential areas with houses priced over 10 million baht, leading to an increase in high-spending customers. Surveys indicate a population of approximately 1.3 million in Catchment Rings 1 & 2, with a population density increase of 2.5% per year.
- Curated Experiential Retail to select new experiences by designing the center according to the customer journey in each area, creating a space that is more than just a shopping center, aligned with the vision of being a Place & Experience maker for everyday living.
