Government Housing Bank (GHB) <\/strong><\/span>is giving a New Year gift to home loan customers who have consistently made their loan payments, offering a 1,000 Baht Cashback.<\/span> Customers are divided into two groups: the first group consists of retail customers with a normal account status, a loan amount not exceeding 2 million Baht, and a consistent payment history for the past 48 months (up to the November 2022 installment). The second group includes customers who have previously restructured their debt, currently have a normal account status, and a payment history for the past 6 months (up to the November 2022 installment). They must make payments through the GHB ALL or GHB ALL GEN Application for at least 2 consecutive months (either for the November-December 2022 or December 2022-January 2023 installments).<\/span><\/p>

Mr. Chatchai Sirilai, Managing Director of Government Housing Bank (GHB)<\/strong><\/span>, stated that GHB supports the government's policy to stimulate purchasing power, allowing citizens to have money for spending during the New Year 2023 festival. This initiative aims to promote financial discipline through regular home loan payments and to bring happiness to customers. As a state financial institution with the mission of 'making Thai people have homes,' GHB has launched the 'New Year Gift Project 2023' for home loan customers who have maintained a consistent payment history for the past 48 months (up to the November 2022 installment), ensuring they make regular payments that meet the bank's requirements each month to receive a 1,000 Baht Cashback.<\/span><\/p>

The customers are categorized into two groups as follows:<\/span><\/p>

Group 1: For retail customers with a normal account status, with a total loan amount across all accounts under the same collateral not exceeding 2 million Baht, and a consistent payment history for the past 48 months (up to the November 2022 installment), making payments regularly and not less than the amount specified by the bank each month.<\/span><\/p>

Group 2: For customers who have previously restructured their debt, currently have a normal account status, and a payment history for the past 6 months (up to the November 2022 installment), making payments regularly and not less than the amount specified by the bank each month.<\/span><\/p>

Those eligible for the New Year 2023 gift must download the GHB ALL or GHB ALL GEN Application, link their GHB savings account, and make payments through the GHB ALL or GHB ALL GEN Application for at least 2 consecutive months (either for the November-December 2022 or December 2022-January 2023 installments) and receive an electronic receipt (e-Receipt) to transfer the New Year gift money from the bank.
