AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW) has partnered with Botanica Luxury Phuket, a leading real estate developer in Phuket, to invest in the BOTANICA Grand Avenue project. This move aims to expand their portfolio of luxury horizontal properties, welcoming the recovery of the Phuket real estate market and the booming vacation home sector. The partnership highlights Botanica's strength as a developer with over 20 years of experience and expertise in high-end project development, featuring unique architectural designs and numerous awards. They are moving forward with the development of the BOTANICA Grand Avenue project, valued at over 10 billion baht, which will consist of exclusive luxury pool villas located in the heart of the Exclusive Residence area adjacent to Laguna Golf Phuket, near shopping destinations like BOAT AVENUE and Porto de Phuket, part of the Central Group, as well as international schools. The project spans over 178 rai of land and is expected to develop more than 200 luxury units, with bookings set to open in the first quarter of 2023. The project is anticipated to receive strong interest from customers due to its prime location and Botanica's excellent product offerings.
