125 Sathorn, developed by PMT Property, reinforces its role as a real estate developer with outstanding design recognized at the Asian level, winning the Best Condo Interior Design (Asia) and Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Asia) awards at the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Grand Final.

The 125 Sathorn project highlights the potential and expertise in developing luxury condominiums on Sathorn Road. Recently, the talented leader Ms. Usana Mahakitsiri, CEO of PMT Property Co., Ltd., received the Best Condo Interior Design (Asia) and Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Asia) awards during the announcement at the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Grand Final. This recognition underscores the potential and expertise in Asian real estate development, showcased through the 125 SATHORN project, which reflects a visionary approach while maintaining the highest standards in luxury condominium development in the central business district. The 125 SATHORN project is a luxury condominium with a project value of over 8 billion baht, featuring a frontage of more than 97 meters along Sathorn Road. It is developed by PMT Property Co., Ltd. in collaboration with two Japanese real estate development companies: Kanden Realty and Development (KRD) and Tore Construction Co., Ltd. (TCC), which specialize in real estate development and investment. The project, launched in June 2022, has received a positive response from Thai customers, particularly high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), achieving projected sales targets due to its excellent location and project specifications that meet the needs of the target customer group in every aspect. This is further validated by winning the awards for Best Condo Interior Design and Best Luxury Condo Landscape Architectural Design at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2022.
