MSIG's property insurance differs from standard home insurance obtained during bank loan applications, which only covers the structure or items acquired at purchase, excluding belongings inside the home. MSIG's insurance covers furniture, built-ins, additional decorations, electrical appliances, air conditioning units, kitchenware, etc., protecting against damages caused by:

1. Major hazards (fire, lightning, storms, earthquakes, flooding)
2. Theft (with signs of forced entry during robbery)
3. Personal liability to third parties, such as tree branches falling on a neighbor's roof. Additionally, residents will receive special emergency assistance services within the home, available 24 hours a day (MSIG Home Assistance), with coverage not exceeding 1,000 baht per incident per year."

“Aoon Bangna Km.26” is situated on a 25-rai plot, developed into 273 two-story townhouses designed under the concept of a new standard home that is 'thoughtful' and 'fully equipped,' allowing you to 'live comfortably, feel warm, and be at ease' every day.
