AP Thailand Breaks Strong Growth Record, Reports 9-Month Revenue High of 37.56 Billion Baht and Profit Surging to 4.72 Billion Baht
Mr. Witakarn Chanthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, stated that the company's business plan for 2022 aims to create a superior difference in the new lifestyle, delivering a better life that customers can choose for themselves. This is achieved through the launch of the most projects in the industry, covering all locations to meet the demand in every segment of the housing market. This success has led to a strong growth record, reaffirming its leadership in all business segments, including townhomes, single-detached houses, and condominiums, as reflected in the increased revenue, profit, and sales figures.

In the past 9 months, the company generated revenue from horizontal products, including condominiums (100% JV) and other businesses, reaching a new high of 37.566 billion baht, accounting for 80% of the total revenue target (100% JV) for the year of 47 billion baht. This represents a growth of over 24% compared to the same period in 2021, which recorded 30.324 billion baht. Net profit reached 4.722 billion baht, an increase of 33% from the previous year's net profit of 3.549 billion baht, while the net debt-to-equity ratio remains strong at 0.52 times.

Confident in the annual revenue target of 47 billion baht
The horizontal product segment, including single-detached houses and townhomes, continues to be the superstar of the year, driving significant revenue for the company due to the ongoing positive response from customers transferring ownership of both new projects and those currently on sale. Alongside the recovery and significant growth of the condominium market, which has seen continuous revenue recognition, this is reflected in the momentum of customer ownership transfers for 2 newly completed condominiums in the past third quarter: RHYTHM Ekkamai Estate and LIFE Sathorn Sierra. As of October 31, 2022, the company has a backlog of sales waiting for transfer amounting to 37.065 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized until 2025. Therefore, the company is confident it will achieve its total revenue target of 47 billion baht this year while maintaining a stable growth rate in the future.

Breaking Records New Record Surpassing 90% of the Sales Target of 50 Billion Baht
Additionally, the company has strong sales performance and continues to set the highest New Record ever achieved as of the end of October, with sales reaching 45.408 billion baht, or 90% of the sales target set at 50 billion baht. This represents a 46% growth compared to the same period last year, with sales from single-detached houses and townhomes at 36.154 billion baht, an increase of 26%, and sales from high-rise products showing a clear improvement at 9.254 billion baht, more than tripling from the previous year. The factors supporting the company's success in achieving strong sales include customer confidence in the AP brand, which encompasses over 17 brands dedicated to developing housing that understands the true needs of customers, delivering diverse lifestyles and fulfilling every definition of happiness. This also reflects the ongoing demand in the housing market, particularly in the continuously growing horizontal housing market and the clear recovery of the condominium market.

Moving Forward to the Final Curve, Launching 18 New Projects
The company continues to move forward with its BREAKTHROUGH plan, overcoming all limitations. In the fourth quarter, the company will launch a total of 18 new projects worth over 26.36 billion baht, with highlights in the last two months featuring the launch of a new living space from the latest single-detached house brand, MODEN, large houses located in Rama 2, Bangna – Theparak, and Bangna – Srinakarin, priced from 3.99 to 9 million baht, and the ASPIRE Onnut Station condominium project worth 2.7 billion baht, the flagship project “Exclusive ASPIRE,” shaking up the condominium market, located just 200 meters from the BTS Onnut station, with one-bedroom units starting at 129,000 baht per square meter, priced at only 3.59 million baht. Exclusive bookings will be available on November 26-27.
