Britania Unveils Plans to Tap into Real Demand with Two Projects Worth 3.1 Billion Baht Launching Pre-Sales This November
Britania showcases its plans for November, launching two horizontal projects with a total value of 3.1 billion baht. The focus is on locations with high growth potential to meet the continuously increasing demand for horizontal housing, creating an opportunity for the brand to gain wider recognition.

Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) revealed that the plan to launch two horizontal projects in November is aimed at addressing the ongoing demand for housing among real buyers, as the overall real estate market continues to recover. The company will expand its investment in high-potential growth areas to enhance the brand recognition of "Britania".
The new project pre-sales planned for November 2022 include: 1) Britania Rayong Project with 222 units priced from 4.49 to 8 million baht, with a project value of 1.1 billion baht, set to open for pre-sales on November 19-20, 2022. The project is developed under the concept of Live Beyond Boundaries, allowing customers to live without limitations and experience a lifestyle designed to reflect their identity, featuring various amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, co-working area, kids' room, outdoor fitness, etc., to cater to residents' lifestyles. The project is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city center and is situated in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).



And 2) Grand Britania Bangna Km. 35 with 394 units priced from 5.79 to 12 million baht, with a project value of 2 billion baht, set to open for pre-sales on November 26-27, 2022. This project is developed under the concept of "Embracing a life you love with nature," focusing on green spaces for relaxation within the project, featuring three green areas and packed with functions to meet all lifestyles with innovative housing solutions and environmentally friendly innovations, along with a clubhouse that accommodates activities for residents of various generations, located near the Wellgrow Industrial Estate and connected by the Burapha Withi Expressway (Bangna - Chonburi).
The expansion plan for the two horizontal housing projects, namely Britania Rayong and Grand Britania Bangna Km. 35, is based on the growth potential of each area.
