Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited, or PROUD, a luxury real estate developer, organized the AGENT OPEN HOUSE 2022 event welcoming over 70 sales agents from both Thailand and abroad to introduce the Intercontinental Residences Hua Hin, a World Class Branded Residences condominium, the only one of its kind in Thailand, before closing the last 20 units. VEHHA is designed for small to large families and those seeking long-term residence or vacation homes, with seven room types available. Sales began in July 2022, receiving positive feedback with 11% already booked, targeting primarily Thai customers at about 80%, while the remaining 20% are international clients. Construction is expected to be completed by Q2 2025.
