NOBLE Shows Strong Performance with 154% Growth, Achieving Sales of 14.037 Billion Baht in the First 9 Months; Set to Launch 'New Riverrest Rat Burana' Riverfront Condo Worth 4.65 Billion Baht
Noble Development Public Company Limited has showcased impressive performance with sales soaring to 14.037 billion baht in the first nine months, marking a remarkable growth of 154% or an increase of 8.5 billion baht. The company is preparing to launch its first riverfront condominium project, 'New Riverrest Rat Burana', valued at 4.65 billion baht, with bookings opening soon. Additionally, they are rolling out a major campaign for six ready-to-move-in projects to boost sales in the final stretch, aiming to meet their annual sales target.

Mr. Sira Udon, Chief Executive Officer of Noble Development Public Company Limited, a leader in real estate development in prime locations of Bangkok and its suburbs, stated that “In the past nine months (January-September 2022), the overall housing market has shown signs of recovery due to various positive factors, including the easing of the COVID situation, the full reopening of the country, and supportive measures from both the government and private sectors that have helped reduce consumers' financial burdens. Interest rates and housing loans have not increased significantly, resulting in a positive market response, especially for residential projects in high-potential locations such as near BTS stations or shopping malls and community hubs. This aligns with Noble's early-year pre-sales, leading to total sales of 14.037 billion baht, a 154% increase or 8.5 billion baht compared to the same period last year, marking a significant sales success.

The primary sales came from projects that received excellent responses, accounting for over 50%-60% of their project values, such as New District R9, New Mega Plus Bangna, New Evo Ari, and New Cross Kukot Station, which sold out within just four months.
In the fourth quarter, Noble will continue to launch two new projects: 'Noble Curve', which began sales in October with a project value of over 3.6 billion baht, defined as an URBAN HOME that is more than just living space, located on a major road along the Ekkamai-Ramintra expressway, with prices starting from 12.5 to 28.8 million baht and pre-sale discounts of up to 1 million baht*. The latest project is 'New Riverrest Rat Burana', which will open for bookings soon, being the company's first riverside condominium project.

To stimulate purchasing power before the LTV measures expire, the company has launched a major campaign to boost sales of ready-to-move-in homes and condos across six projects: Noble B Nineteen, Noble Ambience Sukhumvit 42, Noble Gable Watcharapol, New Cove North Ratchaphruek, New Connect House Don Mueang, and New Noble Srinakarin-Lasalle, with prices starting from 1.69 to 25 million baht, along with surprise promotions each week at the sales office from November 1-20, 2022. The company is confident that this campaign will meet consumer demand and help Noble achieve its sales targets.
