KUN Public Company Limited is showcasing at the mai FORUM 2022: The 7th mai Power Gathering, ready to reaffirm its commitment to investors in the horizontal real estate market during this crucial final stretch. The company is launching campaigns to stimulate sales and accelerate consumers' home-buying decisions as the LTV measures and the reduction of transfer and mortgage fees are nearing their end. With interest rates expected to rise next year, the demand in this final stretch is expected to be robust, positively impacting sales (pre-sales) in 2022, projected to reach 1.7 billion baht, with revenue expected to grow by 10-15%.

Ms. Prawirat Tevaaksorn, CEO of Villa Kunlai Public Company Limited ("KUN"), a developer of horizontal real estate projects in suburban areas, revealed that on October 28, the company will participate in the "mai FORUM 2022" at the Bangkok Convention Center, 22nd floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, at booth number 55. The company has prepared a campaign for KUN project customers offering five levels of prizes: Level 1 - discounts on every house or a free 1-baht gold necklace, Level 2 - free transfer fees, Level 3 - free mortgage fees, Level 4 - free air conditioning, and Level 5 - free electrical appliances. This campaign is available for customers who purchase homes in KUN projects and transfer ownership by the end of the year, aimed at encouraging consumer purchasing decisions during this final stretch.

Additionally, it is anticipated that the overall horizontal real estate market at the end of 2022 will show improvement due to the domestic economic conditions in the fourth quarter of 2022, which are expected to recover significantly. The number of foreign tourists is projected to reach 8-10 million, boosting tourism revenue, which will positively affect economic growth and consumer purchasing power, returning to normal compared to the previous COVID-19 situation. Furthermore, the relaxation of housing loan regulations (LTV) and the reduction of transfer and mortgage fees, which will end together at the end of this year, along with the anticipated rise in interest rates next year, will accelerate consumers' home-buying decisions, leading the company to believe that consumer demand in this final stretch will be very active.

Given these factors, the company is confident that the positive direction will drive KUN's sales and revenue to meet the growth targets set, expected to increase by 10-15% from last year's revenue of 1 billion baht. The sales target (pre-sales) for 2022 is likely to reach 1.7 billion baht, as in the first nine months (January-September 2022), the company achieved total sales of 1.1 billion baht, indicating that the remaining period will certainly meet the sales target.

In September, the company launched the Kunlai Navara project, valued at approximately 3.5 billion baht, located in the southern zone along Rama 2 Road, featuring single-family homes. Informally, the project has already seen booking values reaching 40 million baht, and it is expected to be ready for official sales in the second quarter of 2023.
