PropertyScout (propertyscout.co.th) is a PropTech startup in Thailand that has successfully raised over 190 million baht in its Series A funding round, led by Altara Ventures. This brings the total funding to over 300 million baht. Additionally, companies like Partech and other investors such as Hustle Fund, AngelCentral, Asymmetry VC, and Dr. Carsten Rahlfs (partner at Waterland Private Equity) have also participated in this round.

This funding will enable PropertyScout to expand its business, which has initially launched in Thailand, by doubling its investment in technology platform development! The goal is to create a large, modern platform that is continuously updated. Importantly, our database is currently one of the largest in the country, fully meeting the needs of those interested in real estate, including both customers and our partners. With a clear goal and efficient operations, PropertyScout is experiencing rapid growth. Furthermore, we plan to enter the Southeast Asian market as well.
