High-Potential Partner Agents: With a continually growing network of trusted broker partners, PropertyScout is on track to more than double its sales compared to the first quarter of the year. Following the reopening of the country, PropertyScout anticipates an increase in demand for residential properties. The company aims to expand its partner network and enhance service efficiency for partners. Given the expected rise in demand both domestically and internationally, PropertyScout has boosted its marketing capabilities and increased the number of listings in Bangkok and Phuket, enabling our partner agents to serve clients quickly and effectively.

Service Expansion: PropertyScout has expanded its business plan through the acquisition of two highly professional real estate experts. The first acquisition is REAL Phuket, one of the leading real estate agencies in Phuket. PropertyScout will begin expanding its services by growing its network of partner agents, tenants, buyers, and property owners in Phuket to provide clients with fast and professional services similar to those in Bangkok.

The second company acquired is YourFutureHomeBangkok, a boutique consultancy specializing in luxury residential real estate. With this acquisition, PropertyScout aims to strengthen its service in selling high-end properties starting at 30 million baht and above.

Currently, Mr. Gabriel Lannerdorfer (former founder and managing director of YourFutureHomeBangkok) and Jürgen Birnbaum (founder and managing director of REAL Phuket) have officially joined PropertyScout. Both expressed confidence that their marketing and sales experience in the real estate sector will drive PropertyScout's rapid growth.

Investment in Technology to Support Partner Agents: Since its inception, PropertyScout has prioritized optimizing operational processes to serve clients and partners quickly and professionally.
