"Property Perfect" in collaboration with "Kasikorn Bank and Pasaya" has joined forces to create a Green Ecosystem, launching a green home loan with a special interest rate starting at 2.83% per annum for the first three years for customers purchasing energy-efficient homes in 31 Property Perfect projects, along with receiving exclusive promotions when buying home decor products from Pasaya, encouraging Thai people to adopt clean energy innovations and technologies for a Zero Carbon living environment.

Mr. Wasan Srirattanapong, Chief Business Development Officer of Property Perfect Public Company Limited revealed that Property Perfect has always developed residential projects alongside a focus on creating a good environment, recognizing that a good environment starts at home. With the current trend, there is an increasing demand for homes that can save energy and contribute to environmental preservation. Recently, the concept of Green Neighbor has been introduced in project developments that are environmentally conscious and energy-saving, such as the Perfect Masterpiece and Perfect Place projects, which have installed solar roofs and electric vehicle (EV) chargers in new homes.

Additionally, the recent fluctuations in energy prices have significantly impacted household expenses, prompting many to seek energy-efficient homes as a long-term solution to reduce costs and promote clean energy to mitigate global warming. The bank aims to support Thai people in accessing a Green Lifestyle more easily. Under the GO GREEN Together initiative, the bank has partnered with Property Perfect and Textile Gallery to encourage the use of clean energy innovations and technologies by launching the “Green Home Loan” with a special interest rate starting at 2.83% per annum for the first three years, with a maximum loan amount of 100% and repayment terms of up to 30 years.

Additionally, there are no appraisal fees for customers purchasing energy-efficient homes in 31 Property Perfect projects. Customers can pay the reservation fee using a Kasikorn Bank credit card and receive a 10% cashback when redeeming points equal to the spending amount, or choose to pay the reservation fee using Xpress Cash and enjoy repayment terms of up to 36 months. Moreover, there are exclusive promotions from Pasaya, offering discounts of up to 10,000 baht on curtains to combat global warming, free installation, and an additional 10% discount on other products to encourage Thai people to GO GREEN towards creating a Zero Carbon living society.

Ms. Ratiya Chanthatearn, Managing Director of Textile Gallery Co., Ltd. or the Pasaya brand mentioned that this collaborative project aims to move towards a Zero Carbon Emission society in line with the company's policy, which aims to reduce carbon emissions by 25% by 2022 by switching to clean energy from solar cells and transitioning the dyeing process from coal combustion to a cleaner process. In the future, the company intends to achieve Zero Emission status by 2035, along with pursuing Circular Economy initiatives. The goal is to ensure that within the next three to four years, home decor textiles, such as curtains and upholstery fabrics produced by the company, will be made from 100% recycled fibers while maintaining quality and considering the health of everyone, in line with the company’s slogan, "Pasaya for everyone's good health."
