The Home Builder Association is moving forward to organize the 'Home Building and Materials EXPO 2022' from September 14-18, 2022, at Impact Hall 6, Muang Thong Thani, under the theme 'Build-Change-the World', marking the 18th year of the event.

Mr. Worawut Kanjanakul, President of the Home Builder Association stated that this event aims to reflect the working processes of home building companies that can drive these initiatives, starting from designs that consider natural sunlight and wind to reduce energy consumption or use it as needed, selecting environmentally friendly construction materials, and utilizing natural energy. This aligns with the current trend of home building that emphasizes functional design while being mindful of the environment and climate, which is the inspiration behind the concept of the event 'Home Building and Materials EXPO 2022: Build-Change-the World.'

The highlights of the event will feature leading home building companies and over 1,000 new house designs available for selection, with prices ranging from 1 to 100 million baht. Attendees can update themselves on house design trends and explore modern construction innovations from leading construction material companies that will showcase products and new innovations for home building. They will have the opportunity to experience actual products to aid in decision-making, as well as booths from various financial institutions offering home loan services and financial planning consultations to meet the needs of those looking to build a home, addressing all requirements in one place, and receiving advice from professional experts ready to provide answers on all aspects of home building.
