Plus Property manages four selected model buildings, which are:

- XT-Huaykwang
- The Base Sukhumvit 50
- Dcondo Campus Hideaway
A certificate was presented by Khun Pawinee Na Saiburi, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion, who presided over the ceremony. During the event, Khun Salinee Songsang, Senior Manager of Residential Building Management from Plus Property, was honored to participate in a discussion on the topic "Perspectives on Green Space Development and Green Residence" with various experts at the Ariyasampan Conference Room, 3rd Floor, DEQP Building.
Plus Property, as an expert in managing residential projects, oversees more than 80,000 households and has elevated its environmental management standards to comply with the international standard ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, recently certified. The project management aligns with the following standards:
1. Increasing Green Spaces involves managing projects by taking over from property developers to sustainably care for trees within the project. Training sessions are provided by professional arborists to staff to pass on the value of large trees, creating green spaces that provide shade, reduce heat for residents, and increase the value of green areas that absorb carbon dioxide, allowing everyone to breathe fresh air and pass on this value to future generations. Additionally, there is a Backyard project for growing organic vegetables, herbs, and fruits within condominium and village projects, with over 30,000 trees planted annually to provide healthy food in a backyard garden that allows residents to experience living harmoniously with nature.
2. Proper Waste Management involves implementing a Waste Management project within the community, continuously campaigning and promoting waste separation and recycling among residents. With the increasing trend of online shopping, waste from deliveries has surged, including the management of infectious waste such as face masks. Clear waste separation points and color-coded bins are established to ensure efficient waste management and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills.

3. Reducing Unnecessary Energy Use includes using energy-saving bulbs and installing sensors in common areas to maximize energy efficiency. The smart technology LIV-24 is utilized to collect data on equipment usage to optimize energy consumption. Regular checks on the performance of electrical and water systems ensure they operate efficiently without leaks or deterioration, reducing unnecessary energy waste.
4. Wastewater Treatment from Projects includes using tools to control and capture gases, filters, sedimentation tanks, and biological and chemical treatments to limit or reduce the release of waste gases or pollutants before discharging into public drainage systems.

In the past, Plus Property has managed various projects in line with sustainable organizational development, addressing global issues such as the Climate Crisis. Plans have been made to stimulate environmental change, starting from the community and expanding to society at large, to ensure effective waste management. In 2021, Plus Property and residents from over 140 projects collaborated to reduce waste sent to landfills by 220 tons, and this year, the goal is to reduce waste by 300 tons per year, equivalent to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of approximately 225,000 kilograms. Lastly, in terms of governance, the company manages resident care with principles of good governance, ensuring transparency and accountability to create sustainability in the social dimension.
Plus Property manages over 270 residential projects, covering more than 13 million square meters, affirming its success in professional project management. In 2022, it continues to expand its residential project management services, including condominiums, single houses, and townhomes.
