"Taiwan Expo 2022" The largest exhibition of innovative and technological products from Taiwan aimed at promoting B2B business opportunities is being held in Thailand for the fourth time in a hybrid format, both online and offline, allowing Thai entrepreneurs to comprehensively access cutting-edge products and innovations from Taiwan.

Dr. Chuang Hsuah-Han, Representative of the Taiwan Government in Thailand stated that the organization of Taiwan Expo 2022 this year is a significant event returning in both online and offline formats to stimulate trade between Thailand and Taiwan and enhance the image of Taiwanese products in Thailand, accompanied by innovations. The event showcases over 180 products and innovations across more than 16 business categories, covering sectors such as Smart Medical, Smart Manufacturing, Low Carbon Economy, Lifestyle, and Culture & Tourism. This allows Thai entrepreneurs interested in importing or becoming distributors to engage in direct business matching with Taiwanese manufacturers, promoting sustainable B2B business practices.

For the special feature of the event, Thai entrepreneurs can engage in discussions to match businesses with representatives from Taiwanese companies to build on international trade success between Thailand and Taiwan, covering over 16 business categories such as food, electrical appliances, home decor, medical equipment, automotive parts, machinery, and many more online, at no cost, along with translation services.

In the previous year, the Taiwan Expo 2021 saw over 284 business matching sessions and more than 118 buyers attending the event. One of the key goals of this event is to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs in Thailand and Taiwan to meet, discuss, and negotiate business online. Last year received excellent feedback, resulting in Thailand importing over 300 billion baht worth of goods from Taiwan, making it the fifth-largest importing country, with Taiwan being the tenth-largest trading partner of Thailand.

The Taiwan Expo 2022 will take place from August 31, 2022, to September 2, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon.
