The Thailand's Best Managed Companies 2022 award is organized by Deloitte Thailand, a leading international consulting firm. The selection process for the finalists is rigorous, with an independent committee composed of representatives from the business sector and academia judging according to Deloitte's global Best Managed Companies selection criteria. Participating companies must undergo an evaluation of their management skills and practices, including strategy analysis, business operations, capabilities and innovation, organizational culture and commitments, as well as internal governance and financial management, compared against a benchmark used for over 1,200 of the best-managed private companies worldwide.

Best Managed Companies is part of the Deloitte Private program, and the award criteria and judging processes are consistent globally. The Best Managed Companies award has been continuously awarded for 29 years since 1993, starting in Canada, and has become one of the most prestigious business awards in the world.
