SC's unstoppable momentum in housing and condominiums has led to first-half sales reaching a new high of 12,020 million baht, with growth in sales, revenue, and profit. The company's strong financial position has allowed it to approve an interim dividend of 0.08 baht per share and establish a subsidiary, SCX One Co., Ltd., to invest in real estate and create profits in new markets.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a leader in high-quality Living Solutions, confidently stated, "SC aims to achieve its target of 22,000 million baht in both sales and revenue, with revenue expected to grow over 10% year-on-year. In the first half, all new projects exceeded sales targets, achieving 55% of the annual goal, which is a new high of 12,020 million baht, with year-on-year growth in all three key figures as follows:

1. Sales of 12,020 million baht, growing 6% year-on-year, with horizontal and vertical sales at 9,837 million baht (up 5% year-on-year) and 2,183 million baht (up 13% year-on-year), respectively.

2. Revenue of 9,068 million baht, growing 4% year-on-year.

This year, the company is on track to achieve its sales and revenue target of 22,000 million baht, supported by ongoing high demand for housing and a sufficient number of projects in the second half, totaling 61 projects valued at 59,000 million baht. This includes 44 ongoing projects worth 33,000 million baht and 17 new projects for the second half, with the 17 new projects valued at over 26,000 million baht, comprising 16 horizontal projects worth 23,800 million baht and 1 condominium project valued at 2,500 million baht on Sukhumvit Road, just 0 meters from Thonglor BTS station, operated under the SCOPE brand. Another key factor is the revenue from the transfer of 3 newly completed condominiums in Q4: The Crest Park Residences, SCOPE Langsuan, and SCOPE Promsri.

2022 is another challenging and volatile year. However, with the corporate culture #SCskydive that emphasizes customer care and flexible adaptation, along with a strong financial position, SC is poised for sustainable growth in the new world and aims to deliver value to both people and the environment."
