O2E Supply has announced its business plan for the next six months following 2022 to penetrate the high-end market in the luxury wooden flooring segment, advancing into B2C, B2B, and online channels to meet the diverse needs of the residential market, including condominiums and office buildings. They are set to launch the new O2E Showroom at FYI Center, showcasing the O2E Service Apps and cutting-edge AR/VR home design innovations, creating a unique consumer experience that is the first of its kind in Thailand.

            Mr. Waranyu Jinda, Managing Director of O2E Supply Co., Ltd., an importer of high-quality flooring materials from abroad, stated that the high-end decorative materials market still has significant potential due to changing lifestyles during the COVID-19 pandemic-19 among upper-class home buyers shifting from condominiums to larger homes, along with an increase in the purchase of super-luxury condominiums. The work-from-home trend and other factors have contributed to the growing demand for home decoration.

In the second half of 2022, the company plans to develop new sales and marketing channels, officially opening the O2E Showroom at FYI Center and introducing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies to create a new service experience for customers, architects, interior designers, and decorators. The goal is to expand the B2C market segment to 50% over the next five years, shifting from the current focus on B2B sales, which accounts for 90% of their business.

 

Additionally, the company will aggressively pursue online marketing to reinforce its position as the top-of-mind brand for hybrid engineered wooden flooring, being the first and only importer from Belgium offering waterproof and scratch-resistant wooden flooring, as well as ultra-engineered Luxe wood flooring, luxurious wooden wall panels, and handcrafted luxury furniture from Italy. They provide sales and installation services for both residential and commercial projects in a one-stop solution, aiming to reach more designers and become a go-to option for imported wooden flooring materials through both offline and online activities for customer convenience.

The company will also collaborate with Art4d to create opportunities for designers to work and engage, enhancing brand awareness among new designers who have not previously collaborated with O2E Supply, giving them a chance to incorporate O2E Supply products into their projects.
