K-HA Public Company is actively moving forward with its new project 'K-HA Long Stay', conducting land surveys across the country. Recently, the team, led by Mr. Jareerat Pingklasai, Chairman of the Executive Board, and Mr. Pisanupon Uthakaphan, Chief Executive Officer, visited Chiang Mai. They are preparing to collaborate with Thai Long Stay Management Co., Ltd. to develop long-term housing for target groups including seniors, retired officials, and long-term tourists, allowing them to enjoy a happy life post-retirement. This is a special project running alongside K-HA's 'Rental Homes with Jobs' initiative, which aims to effectively meet the housing needs of these groups, providing suitable accommodation, recreational areas, and a health care center with high standards.

Mr. Pisanupon Uthakaphan, Chief Executive Officer of K-HA Public Company Limited, revealed that the company is currently surveying land for the 'Rental Homes with Jobs' project, aiming for 100,000 units nationwide. This initiative is designed to provide low-income individuals and vulnerable groups with access to quality housing at reasonable prices, while also developing vocational skills within the community to generate income and sustainably improve residents' quality of life.

The company has partnered with Thai Long Stay Management Co., Ltd., one of its shareholders, to explore areas in Chiang Mai for long-term housing for target groups, including seniors, retired officials, and long-term tourists, enabling them to live happily after retirement. This special project runs concurrently with K-HA's 'Rental Homes with Jobs' initiative, effectively addressing the housing needs of these groups with suitable accommodation, recreational spaces, and a health care center adhering to high standards.

Ms. Piyapath Subhan Na Ayutthaya, Chairwoman of Thai Long Stay Management Co., Ltd., stated that the company facilitates hotel and vacation home bookings as part of promoting and developing long-term tourism. It is also a shareholder in K-HA Public Company, collaborating on the 'Rental Homes with Jobs' project while developing the new 'K-HA Long Stay' project.

Mr. Apichai Chatchalermkit, Deputy Governor for Products and Tourism Business of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), as a board member of Thai Long Stay Management Co., Ltd., further revealed that TAT holds a 30% stake in the company.

The 'K-HA Long Stay' project will serve as a pilot initiative for long-term rental housing aimed at seniors, retired officials, and long-term tourists. The project's highlights include lower rental prices compared to the market, a health center for medical care, and a community that can support retired officials, including civilians, military personnel, police, seniors needing housing, and long-term tourists. This project requires no down payment or advance payment, allowing immediate occupancy, with rental prices starting at approximately 2,900 baht per month.

Mr. Pisanupon Uthakaphan added that K-HA Public Company currently has a total of 8 shareholders, with Thai Long Stay Management Co., Ltd. being one of them. Together, they will push and support K-HA's projects in various aspects to maximize benefits and comprehensively develop the lives of the target groups for sustainable happiness.
