"Thanasiree" Restructures with "Anabuki Kosan," a Major Japanese Real Estate Player, to Foster Growth and Enhance Knowledge Under Sustainability Principles
"Thanasiree" is making significant strides by restructuring to focus on improving the quality of life for customers, society, and the environment under the principles of Sustainable Development. This is in collaboration with "Anabuki Kosan," a major player in the Japanese real estate sector. The emphasis is on fostering growth and enhancing knowledge within the framework of sustainability.

Mr. Sutthirak Sateeraphapuyuth, CEO of Thanasiree Group Public Company Limited (THANA) stated that in Q1/2022, sales grew to 243 million baht, with recognized revenue of 222 million baht, representing a growth of 75% and 149% respectively compared to the same period last year. In 2022, the company has restructured to support the development of quality of life and customer care under the mission of THANASIRI "Lifetime Total Living Solution." The development plan for this year continues to launch new projects every quarter, focusing not on the quantity or number of new units but on delivering a better quality of life for customers, including enhancing various services.
With "Anabuki Kosan," which specializes in quality of life development or Health & Well-Being, sharing experiences and knowledge beyond just investment, the aim is to develop project models that accommodate the lifestyles of people of all ages, offering flexibility to adapt to changing lifestyles or the aging of customers in all areas and functions of use. A new service team will be established to manage both existing communities developed by THANA and six new projects currently under construction, creating a livable society.



Mr. Jarun Kasorn, Chief Operating Officer announced that this year, the company plans to launch approximately three new projects, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhouses, valued at over 2.3 billion baht, such as:
1. Joint Venture Project "Anabuki Thanahabitat Ratchaphruek" featuring 167 units of single-family and duplex homes on over 30 rai, valued at 1.07 billion baht, with an average selling price of 6.4 million baht, set to launch in Q2/2022.
2. "Thanarresident Borommaratchachonnani-Pinklao" offering 47 luxury single-family homes on over 21 rai, valued at 800 million baht, with an average selling price of 17 million baht, set to launch in Q3/2022.
3. "Thanavillage" featuring 115 units of duplex homes on 19 rai, valued at 500 million baht, with an average selling price of 4.3 million baht, set to launch in Q4/2022.
Additionally, there are six ongoing projects valued at over 1.2 billion baht, which will be developed sustainably, emphasizing the importance of every process under the Total Green Model.


Currently, there is a noticeable trend of grouping among customers of all generations who share similar interests, such as dog lovers, sports enthusiasts, and fitness fans, as well as various public volunteer groups. This naturally arises from communal living. The company will support these groups to foster a strong community with a good quality of life, filled with happiness, through effective management and adapting operations to the New Normal, learning from management experiences during various crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
