SC Asset aims to be the number one condo brand for Gen Y, launching a new brand called Reference, with its first project being Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai, valued at over 4 billion baht. The project highlights innovative design and lifestyle that meets the needs of customers in a location just 130 meters from BTS Wongwianyai station.

Mrs. Kanokorn Limkhamnerd, Chief Operating Officer - Property Development - High Rise at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, stated, "Under our main mission to lead the condo market, SC Asset aims to be the number one condo brand for Gen Y. Therefore, we have developed and designed a new concept condo to meet the insights of Gen Y under the new brand 'Reference', which aims to be the design condo that best suits the lifestyle of Gen Y, providing inspiration for living and ensuring that the Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai project will create positive experiences every morning, empowering people to live life on their own terms."

The Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai project will consist of two high-rise buildings, 32 and 51 stories tall, totaling 815 units, along with 4 commercial units on a project area of over 3 rai, valued at over 4 billion baht. There are four room types available: Studio, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom Plus, and 2 Bedroom, with units sold as Fully Furnished and equipped with various amenities, starting at 3.29 million baht*.

Additionally, Mrs. Kanokorn summarized the project's highlights, stating, "The exterior and interior designs of the buildings are beautifully distinctive, inspired by the project's location, which we see as close to the CBD, a hub for work, allowing residents to return and relax after work. This led to the concept of Day & Night, and we chose 'Moon' as the design concept for this project, along with providing a wealth of experiences and privileges designed in collaboration with various leading business partners, including Muvmi, Zipmex, and Allianz Ayudhya, as well as the supermarket Foodland, which will be available within the project to meet all living needs."

As for the location highlights, Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai is just 130 meters from BTS Wongwianyai station, providing easy access to the central business districts of Silom and Sathorn, close to major employment and shopping areas surrounded by shopping malls such as ICONSIAM, King Power Mahanakhon, Silom Complex, and The Mall Tha Phra. The most significant transportation development in the Wongwianyai area is the extension of the BTS Green Line from Taksin Bridge to Bang Wa, enhancing connectivity for residents in Thonburi and Phra Nakhon.
