The design features a Double Wall structure that helps reduce indoor temperatures by 5-10˚C compared to the outside, allowing for greater design freedom.

It also enables a variety of surface patterns and comes with a modern design that blends minimalism with loft aesthetics, exuding a contemporary and comfortable living environment. The functional design meets the needs of residents comprehensively, using distinctive concrete materials arranged in layers through 3D printing technology before being assembled on-site. This not only promotes environmental friendliness but also elevates Thailand's construction industry to the next level.

The size of the Modular House displayed is a temporary structure measuring 3x3 meters and 3.4 meters high, taking only 1 day to print and another day for installation on-site. This significantly reduces construction time, minimizes waste, and optimizes the use of materials and resources, allowing for recycling, reinforcing the concept of “CPAC Green Solution: Transforming the World” with the motto ‘Turn Waste to Value’, turning ‘worthless’ into ‘valuable’ beautifully and sustainably.
