In the overall market for luxury horizontal residences in Thailand, sales units reached 14,766, representing a sales rate of 72% by the end of 2021, with continued demand in 2022. This has led Sansiri to recognize the growth potential in the luxury horizontal market and launch “DEMI”, a luxury residence designed to meet the needs of Urban Lifestyle, targeting the Young Successor segment with price ranges from 15 to 28 million Baht in a prime location in the city connecting to the CBD.

The first project launched is “DEMI Sathu 49”, a deluxe townhouse developed from a You-Centric concept, with a project value of 1.6 billion Baht on a rare plot of land in the Sathu area, consisting of only 72 units connected to the CBD of Sukhumvit – Sathorn – Silom, priced between 18.9 and 35 million Baht.

The design stands out with the concepts of “Balanced Living,” “Urban Life,” and “Peaceful Relaxation,” catering to modern families with green spaces in every home. The project will be open for viewing for the first time on May 1st.

The first project, DEMI SATHU 49, consists of two house types:

 

- DEMI 6: 6 meters wide, 3.5 stories, 2 parking spaces, usable area of 212 - 215 sqm, starting land size of 23 sqw. Features a DUPLEX MASTER BEDROOM with a ceiling height of over 5.65 meters and a multifunctional loft area within the bedroom.

- DEMI 8: 8 meters wide, 3.5 stories, with a Panoramic Rooftop and 3 parking spaces, usable area of 300 sqm, starting land size of 31 sqw. It resembles a Duplex Condominium in a townhouse with DOUBLE VOLUME LIVING, a ceiling height of over 5 meters, and large windows in the living area for family activities. The PENTHOUSE MASTER BEDROOM occupies the entire floor with a WALK-IN CLOSET and an AUTOMATIC TOILET. The Panoramic Rooftop on the top floor of the house is a highlight for city views and can be used as a multifunctional space, with a LIFT installed in every DEMI 8 home.

The design concept incorporates Ventilation Design principles to create a naturally cool home environment, improving indoor air quality through Cross Ventilation.

Importantly, this project features underground power lines and complete amenities, including a clubhouse, co-working space, fitness center, yoga room, swimming pool, and jogging track in a green park for relaxation and exercise.
