It has been over 17 years since the beginning of a small project, and now AssetWise Public Company Limited has grown to become one of the leading real estate developers in Thailand. Today, the company is taking the next step towards utilizing innovation to develop its organizational management system for sustainable growth with the AssetWise RISE with SAP project, which kicked off on April 1, 2022.

Srirat Chuchotthavorn, Managing Director of I AM Consulting, led the consulting team to the project launch meeting and pledged to walk alongside AssetWise towards the set goals. During the event, Prawanya Nuntakijthakoon, Chief Accounting and Finance Officer, welcomed the consulting team from I AM Consulting and expressed the goal of leading AssetWise towards digital transformation, a mission of utmost importance for the company. The journey to becoming AssetWise today.

AssetWise is a real estate development company entering its 18th year. The company grew from building 5-7 houses at a time to starting condominium projects around 2013, recognizing opportunities from urban expansion, increased rail transit, and rising land costs, which are the main costs in real estate business. The company adapted from horizontal to vertical development, initially relying on good partners to learn condominium development, starting from small buildings to over 30 projects today. The company has seen significant growth in the last three years, primarily from the Kave and Atmoz projects, valued at approximately 1 billion baht.

With such rapid growth, the number of employees has increased, and more people are involved, leading to growth in all aspects of the organization. The company was listed on the stock exchange on April 28, 2021, during the third wave of COVID-19. However, due to thorough preparations over the previous 2-3 years to meet regulatory requirements, the company successfully navigated the crisis and has continued to grow.

The challenge in our digital transformation is scalability. Our company has grown rapidly; two years ago, we had about 100 employees, but after going public and expanding projects, our staff increased to 300. The programs we used two years ago no longer meet our needs. Looking ahead, with technology advancing rapidly and our own potential for new business expansions, we seek an enterprise resource management system that can develop and scale with our needs.
