The Anil Sathorn 12 project is recognized as the first residential project in Thailand to receive certification under the global living standard WELL Multifamily Precertified^TM at the Gold level according to the WELL Building Standard^TM from the International WELL Building Institute^TM (IWBI^TM) in the United States.
