Property Perfect is entering the clean energy business by partnering with SCG Roofing and EVLOMO to venture into the solar rooftop and home electric vehicle charging market. The initiative starts with installations for single-family homes in their projects, with plans to expand to interested parties both within the projects and neighboring communities. Thai Commercial Bank is collaborating to offer special financial proposals while partnering with Nong Nooch Garden to enhance garden design, bringing world-class garden concepts to the landscaping of projects and homes.

Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwipat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed that the use of clean energy is experiencing significant growth due to increasing consumer interest and supportive policies from various agencies. Therefore, the company plans to expand into businesses related to clean energy.

These include the installation of solar rooftops and home electric vehicle charging systems to meet customer demand and, importantly, to contribute to the promotion of clean energy usage, enhancing living standards to create energy-efficient communities with sustainable environments.

“The company has partnered with SCG Roofing Co., Ltd. to penetrate the solar rooftop market, installing solar power generation systems on rooftops, and collaborating with EVLOMO Technologies Co., Ltd. to install home electric vehicle chargers, starting with new single-family homes in high-end projects like Perfect Masterpiece and Lake Legend. The goal is to expand to general customers, covering both Property Perfect's housing projects and nearby communities, as well as businesses within the group, including hotels and community malls, aiming to create a clean energy community together. Additionally, we have partnered with Thai Commercial Bank Public Company Limited to provide special financial offers for those interested in installations. Within five years, we aim to install solar rooftops in 30,000 homes and 50,000 home electric vehicle chargers, which will help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 1 million tons CO2,”

Regarding the collaboration with SCG Roofing, Mr. Thongchai Sopha, Head of Housing Products Business at SCG Roofing Co., Ltd., stated that the overall use of renewable energy, particularly solar power generation, has significant growth potential. Besides contributing to the use of environmentally friendly energy, there are also savings of up to 60% on electricity costs. Furthermore, the price of solar panels has decreased to a point where it is a worthwhile investment, allowing households to install solar rooftop systems and achieve cost-effectiveness in a shorter time.

Additionally, the company has collaborated with Nong Nooch Garden, ranked among the top 10 most beautiful gardens in the world, to incorporate world-class garden design concepts into the landscaping of homes in the Perfect Masterpiece project and the central garden by the lake in the Lake Resort Ratchaphruek New Cut project, marking a new dimension in green space design for projects and homes.

“For Property Perfect, we have previously chosen SCG Green Choice products that are environmentally friendly and innovations for living from SCG that help save energy. This collaboration not only aims to promote the widespread use of clean energy but also meets the changing living demands of residents, such as increased work-from-home arrangements or accommodating homes with electric vehicles that need to charge during the day with safe and beautiful solar rooftop systems, along with care standards throughout the process from SCG,”

Ms. Nicole Wu, CEO of EVLOMO Technologies Co., Ltd., a leading electric vehicle company from the United States, stated that this collaboration not only involves installing electric vehicle chargers in Property Perfect homes but also aims to jointly market to expand into the home electric vehicle charger installation business to create a new customer base. Generally, electric vehicle users charge at home more than 80%, so EVLOMO is ready to provide the EVLOMO ELO Series smart chargers, which are dust and water-resistant, safe, can connect via 4G and Wi-Fi for remote charging, and support both Thai and English display languages. Additionally, EVLOMO will enhance the standard of high-speed charging, which is crucial for electric vehicle use in Thailand, and create a nationwide charging network for convenience both at home and in communities.

Regarding Thai Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, Mr. Suthirapan Sakrawat, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing, stated, “The clean energy business aligns with Thai Commercial Bank's goals to support businesses and customers in transitioning to a low-carbon economy and achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, which is a significant global focus at this time.”

“Moreover, connecting the potential of partners across various industries is a key strategy for the bank. We are very proud to have the opportunity from Property Perfect to join as a partner to support clean energy with special financial offers, such as Green Finance loans from SCB provided to Property Perfect customers, which are home loans with special interest rates that come with loans for solar roof installations at the same interest rate as home loans,” Mr. Suthirapan said.

Regarding the collaboration with Nong Nooch Garden in designing and decorating gardens in Property Perfect projects and homes, Mr. Kampon Tansajja, President of Nong Nooch Pattaya, further revealed that the central garden design in the Lake Resort Ratchaphruek New Cut project, which Property Perfect has requested to resemble a resort, will focus on creating a Thai-style relaxation garden by selecting beautiful tropical plants that are easy to maintain but provide maximum utility, including valuable plants. For the garden design in the Perfect Masterpiece home, which is a large house with a spacious garden, the emphasis will be on beauty from every angle, arranging trees in a Borrow View style so that neighboring homes can also benefit from the aesthetic appeal, including the selection of traditional home trees that are over 100 years old and currently trending.
