"Prebuilt" Advances Development of Horizontal Real Estate Projects, Thrilled by Overwhelming Response to Two Detached House Projects "Pimnara-Pannana" and Plans to Launch New Projects with a Target of Four Developments Per Year
"Prebuilt" is delighted with the overwhelming response to its two detached house projects, "Pimnara-Pannana," especially the Pannana project, which is expected to close earlier than anticipated. The company is set to launch new projects, including Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit, a two-story detached house, and Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit, a two-story townhome, located near the Chiang Rak expressway and close to Thammasat University Rangsit in the second to third quarter of this year. Additionally, the company announced its business plan for 2022, aiming to acquire land for real estate development with a target of four projects per year, focusing on horizontal projects before expanding into all segments, including townhouses, detached houses, duplexes, and home offices in the future.
Mr. Wiroj Jaroentra, Managing Director of Prebuilt Public Company Limited (PREB), revealed that in 2022, the company will focus on the "Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna" project, developed by Prebuilt Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Prebuilt, which showcased model houses at the end of 2021. The project has received a significant response from customers, with 20% of the phase already sold, and bookings continuing to come in.

The "Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna" project features detached houses priced between 6.7 to 8 million baht, targeting middle-income customers looking for a project that perfectly suits their lifestyle. The houses are designed to be spacious and comfortable, with complete functionality, including bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs in the master bathroom, multipurpose rooms, and living rooms with a unique LDK Function Design, along with comprehensive amenities within the project.

Moreover, the house designs and concepts embody a JAPANDI style, blending Japanese aesthetics with contemporary materials in architecture, under the philosophy of LESS FOR MORE LIVING. Notably, the house numbers start with 999, and the project consists of only 99 units, ensuring a high level of privacy for customers.

Additionally, the Pannana project, a high-end detached house development in the Phutthamonthon Sai 3 area, is the company's first self-invested real estate project, launched in June 2020. It has been highly successful due to overwhelming customer demand, and the company expects to close sales within the second to third quarter of this year, with all houses to be transferred to customers by the third quarter. Given this response, the company plans to develop Pannana 2 soon.

Mr. Wiroj further stated that for the second half of 2022, the company is preparing to launch the Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit two-story detached house and Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit two-story townhome, located near the Chiang Rak expressway and close to Thammasat University Rangsit in the second to third quarter of this year. Additionally, there are plans to acquire land for the development of four real estate projects per year, initially focusing on horizontal developments, with future plans to expand into all segments, including townhouses, detached houses, duplexes, and home offices.


With the plans for this year, the company is confident in its continuous growth. Currently, Prebuilt Development has a backlog of construction and real estate development projects worth a total of 8 billion baht, which will be recognized gradually from 2021 to 2023. For 2022, it is expected to recognize approximately 1.005 billion baht in revenue from its self-invested real estate development projects, with anticipated revenue from the remaining Pannana project of 727 million baht and from the "Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna" project of about 278 million baht.
