JAS Asset Public Company Limited in collaboration with Vimut Wellness Service Company Limited, under the operation of Vimut Hospital, a subsidiary of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish the “SENERA ViMUT HEALTH SERVICE”, a rehabilitation and health care center for families and the elderly, located within the SENERA SENIOR WELLNESS project on Khu Bon Road. This initiative aims to provide holistic health care focusing on prevention, rehabilitation, and care for the elderly who are dependent or highly dependent. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Supachai Sirikulpassorn, Chief Executive Officer of JAS Asset Public Company Limited, and Dr. Kritthawit Lert-Uthakool, Board Member of Vimut Wellness Service Company Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Vimut Hospital Holding Company, who jointly signed the MOU in the presence of witnesses at Vimut Hospital, Phaholyothin, Bangkok.

Currently, Thailand has the third highest growth rate of elderly population in Asia, following South Korea and Japan, compared to developed countries. Thailand has been approaching an aging society since 2005, and as of 2022, the National Statistical Office has projected that by 2030, 26.9% of the country's population will be elderly. Thailand has prioritized elderly care as a national agenda and is accelerating readiness in all sectors, marking the initiation of the “SENERA ViMUT HEALTH SERVICE” project as a model for future expansion.
