The main plans include: 1. Securing investment sources through Green Finance - Green Bonds at low costs, 2. Adjusting the proportion of horizontal project development to 50% of total revenue by 2024, 3. Focusing on creating Recurring Income, and 4. Actively developing new businesses to support the creation of a New S-Curve for robust growth. For 2022, the revenue target is set between 4.5 to 4.9 billion baht, with the launch of 6 new projects valued at a total of 11.621 billion baht. Currently, the backlog stands at 4.324 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized over the next 3 years (2022-2024).

Mr. Kachornsit Singserm, CEO of Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA), a comprehensive real estate developer under the concept 'Asset of Life, generating profits for every aspect of life,' revealed the business plans for 2022. The company aims for revenue growth of 4.5 to 4.9 billion baht compared to the previous year, primarily from real estate business. Currently, there are 4 ongoing projects valued at 23.976 billion baht, with the completion of the Landmark @ MRTA Station project this year.

Additionally, there are 8 completed projects valued at 18.938 billion baht, with properties for sale worth 15.432 billion baht, which remain as inventory ready for sale, generating an additional revenue of 5.059 billion baht.

This year, the company plans to launch 6 new projects including Landmark @ Kasetsart TSH Station, Monsane Exclusive Villa Ratchapruek-Pinklao, Siamese Kin Ramintra Phase 2, Siamese Home @ Phaholyothin – Rangsit, Siamese Talingchan, and Siamese Luxury Home @ Ratchapruek – 345, with a total value of 11.621 billion baht.

Currently, the company has a backlog valued at 4.324 billion baht, which will be recognized as revenue between 2022-2024. This year, the company is also expanding its horizontal projects with 4 new projects valued at approximately 7.5 billion baht, which will generate revenue between 2022-2027.

He further stated that this year, SA has established 4 strategies for sustainable real estate development, which include: 1. Securing investment funds aligned with project development plans, such as Green Finance or Green Bonds, which are new investment forms that can reduce the company's financial costs, 2. Adjusting the project development ratio to increase revenue from horizontal projects, 3. Focusing on developing projects in high-potential locations, such as Sukhumvit Road, while retaining and managing these properties to shift revenue recognition from sales to consistent Recurring Income, and 4. Developing new businesses to expand into the New S-Curve, which will be future growth sectors.
