The Platinum Group Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Sutthita Chotjulangkun, Executive Vice President of Marketing, and CBRE (Thailand) Limited, represented by Ms. Rungrat Veerapakarnkun, Managing Director, have signed a contract appointing CBRE as the sole agent for leasing office space at “Pier 111”, a mixed-use project with a total office area of over 38,000 square meters, located in the M2 zone of The Market Bangkok (Ratchaprasong), the prime location in the heart of the business district.

The project offers a wide range of facilities to accommodate both Thai and international users of all ages, particularly multinational corporations (MNCs) and the continuously growing workforce. Construction is currently progressing as planned, with completion expected by the end of Q3 2022. The event was attended by executives including Mr. Pichai Yiemjaipoon, Ms. Amornpan Methasongsathit, Ms. Maneerat Wichitratana, and Mr. Sarut Veerakul.
