This led to a significant increase in sales, with 2021's revenue growing over 20%, amounting to more than 2.5 billion baht, exceeding the target of 2.35 billion baht.

  • Luxury large homes Brand Landy Grand priced at 15 million baht and above, accounting for 28%
  • Medium-sized homes Brand Landy Home priced at 5-10 million baht, accounting for 47%
  • Small homes Brand Trendy Home priced at 2-5 million baht, accounting for 25%

For 2022, Landy Home targets sales of 2.75 billion baht, focusing on the Go Green policy to expand its customer base in the Green Living market, addressing the lifestyle of the new generation with technologies for living such as Solar Roofs and EV chargers.
