In the latest results for 2021, the company showcased robust performance with revenue exceeding 5,034 million baht, setting a new record high, and achieving a Gross Profit Margin of 44%, benefiting from effective cost management. The board has approved a cash dividend payment of 0.40 baht per share along with the distribution of warrants.

Mr. Krom Chet Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate development company under the lifestyle concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," revealed that in 2021, the company achieved total revenue of 5,034 million baht, a 19% year-on-year increase, with a net profit of 951 million baht, up 9% year-on-year, marking a new record since the company's inception. The company maintained a high Gross Profit Margin (GP) of 44% and a Net Profit Margin (NP) of 19%, reflecting effective cost management under the leadership of a professional team with extensive experience in the real estate sector.

Additionally, the company's board meeting No. 2/2022 approved a cash dividend payment to shareholders at a rate of 0.40 baht per share, along with the distribution of warrants ("ASW-W1") not exceeding 285,373,707 units to existing shareholders based on their shareholding ratio at a ratio of 3 existing common shares to 1 unit of the warrant. The warrants will have a validity of 2 years from the date of issuance, with an exercise ratio of 1 warrant per 1 common share and an exercise price of 12.00 baht per share. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend and the first allocation of warrants (ASW-W1) is set for March 11, 2022, with the dividend payment and warrant allocation scheduled for May 5, 2022.

Mr. Krom Chet further stated that the real estate business outlook for this year is expected to grow well, driven by economic recovery factors, with GDP growth projected at 3-4%. The reopening of the country, relaxation of lockdown measures, and temporary easing of housing loan regulations (LTV) allowing for 100% loan value of collateral, along with the reduction of transfer fees from 2% and mortgage fees from 1% to 0.01% for properties priced below 3 million baht, will be effective from January 18 to December 31, 2022.

The company is therefore ready to expand its business according to its planned strategy to seize business opportunities and drive continuous operational growth. For 2022, the total revenue target is set at 6,000 million baht, representing a 19% growth to push operational performance towards setting new record highs, aiming to be among the top 10 leading real estate developers in the country.

For the 2022 business targets, the company aims for pre-sale revenue of 10,000 million baht and recognized revenue of 6,000 million baht, planning to launch 7 new projects valued at a total of 12,400 million baht, consisting of 5 condominium projects worth a total of 7,550 million baht and 2 landed property projects worth a total of 4,850 million baht, with a ratio of 60% for condominiums and 40% for houses.

Moreover, this year, the company has 7 completed new projects ready to generate continuous revenue, such as the Modiz Collection Bang Pho project valued at 1,230 million baht, the Cave Salaya project valued at 1,200 million baht, and the Cave Ava project valued at over 2,300 million baht, among others. The company is also investing in various forms, collaborating or creating synergies to innovate and expand business opportunities, supporting strong and continuous revenue and profit generation.

As of the end of 2021, the company has developed a total of 38 projects valued at over 38,000 million baht, of which 29 projects are completed and ready for occupancy, while 9 projects are currently open for sale and under development. The company currently has a backlog of over 7,338 million baht that will be gradually recognized as revenue.
