            The company will use the funds to develop two residential projects, including the Esta Rangsit Khlong 2 project, a new exclusive single-house project with 153 units featuring a durable Conventional System design and a large Club House with complete functions, valued at over 680 million baht, and the Atmoz Portrait Srisaman project, a resort-style condominium located on a main road near the extended Pink Line MRT station at Muang Thong Thani, designed in a unique Italian style in the Srisaman area, equipped with amenities that cater to all modes of living, fitness, play, and work, valued at over 1.15 billion baht.
