SC has unveiled its ‘SC Thriving for Good’ roadmap aimed at growing in the new world, focusing on creating value for people and the environment, and supporting sustainable organizational practices, with a target of generating over 100 billion baht in revenue over the next four years.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited or SC, a leader in delivering high-standard Living Solutions, revealed the four-year roadmap ‘SC Thriving for Good’ for sustainable growth in the new world. After rapidly adapting during 2020-2021 and emerging strong from the crisis, SC has prepared a roadmap for 2022-2025 titled ‘SC Thriving for Good’ focusing on growth, connection, and sustainability, creating value and connecting solutions for people and the environment, with a continuous revenue growth target of over 100 billion baht over four years.


 

The SC Thriving for Good roadmap consists of three main strategies and goals as follows:

Strategy 1: Thriving - Growing in Existing and New Markets
- Generate 20 billion baht in revenue by 2025 and become the number one single house brand in people's hearts.
- The high-rise segment aims to be the number one condominium brand for Gen Y, with new projects totaling 20 billion baht from 2022-2025.
- Establish a second Growth Engine to increase profit margins from new opportunities.
- Maintain a strong financial position to seize both opportunities and new crises.

Strategy 2: Connecting - Linking Everything Together to Create Greater Value
- Deliver a better quality of life to customers through innovations that connect products and services under a customer-centric approach.
- Customers will experience diverse solutions from various ecosystems through Blockchain Technology.
- A team of over 1,200 employees will work agilely, quickly, and accurately through interconnected data and consistent communication.

Strategy 3: Sustaining - Creating Value for People and the Environment
- The SC brand is a trusted leader due to its consistent high-quality standards.
- SC is ranked as the number one real estate company to work for, with a policy of “Good Balance, Good Society, and Good Future” for everyone in the organization.
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2025, growing alongside environmental care.

Additionally, the business plan for 2022 was revealed, stating that “SC aims for revenue and sales of 22 billion baht for 2022, with a record high of 27 new projects valued at 40 billion baht.” This includes:
- 25 low-rise projects valued at 33.5 billion baht, with over 70% being single houses priced above 10 million baht, where SC leads the market.
- Two new condominium projects valued at 6.5 billion baht near the BTS, with the new brand at Wongwian Yai Station and SCOPE Thonglor offering only 20 units starting at 14 million baht.

This year will see the launch of various new innovations aimed at creating value and connecting solutions for people and the environment in all new projects, such as Active Airflow & Air Quality Control, EV Charger, RueJai App 3.0, as well as the introduction of a new house prototype ‘Homes for Gamers’ and a new design series for ‘Work from Home’ functions.

In summary, for the entire year of 2022, SC and its group companies will have a total of 78 development projects for sale, valued at 69 billion baht, with a ratio of low-rise to high-rise at 70:30, and are preparing a new land investment budget of 11.5 billion baht this year to support continuous growth until 2025.

Mr. Natthapong concluded by stating, “An organization that aims for sustainable growth in the new world must start by understanding that everything in the world is interconnected and impacts one another. The recent COVID crisis has taught us this lesson profoundly; one person's illness in one country can affect the entire global economy. At the same time, it has led to various innovations and new behavioral patterns. The economy slowed down for three years, but innovations accelerated by ten years. Sustainable organizations will create value for both people and the planet. This value will generate profits, and those profits will, in turn, create value sustainably. This is the direction for sustainable growth of SC in the new world: SC Thriving for Good - Growing, Connecting, Sustaining.
