AP Thailand, a leading real estate brand in Thailand, under the mission of ‘EMPOWER LIVING’, aims to deliver a quality of life that you can choose for yourself. They have created a showcase pavilion with the chic concept ‘SIT/VID/ME Sit Together’, transforming the space into a relationship-building area in line with the new lifestyle. Visitors can enjoy a unique experience of connection through safe methods during COVID-19 from today until February 13 at Bangkok Design Week 2022, the grand design festival in Bangkok, at the Central Post Office in Bang Rak, in front of TCDC on Charoen Krung Road.

Mr. Sarapisit Fungfuangchewan, Senior Director of Brand Strategy at AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, stated that the COVID-19 situation has significantly impacted people's lifestyles and living conditions. Finding ways to coexist with a situation that no one can predict when it will end or when new viruses may emerge is something that AP Thailand prioritizes. They demonstrate their commitment to creatively finding different approaches that align with the current reality. The SIT/VID/ME Sit Together pavilion expands on the creative idea of how we can coexist with COVID and what new or 'Next Normal' lifestyle we can adopt to face the future happily. Beyond real estate development, AP Thailand also considers the needs of residents and customers for a better quality of life, in line with the EMPOWER LIVING philosophy, believing that a home is not just a place to live but must be flexible and meet diverse needs to empower everyone living there to fulfill their goals and find happiness in their own way.

For example, in 2021, AP developed the NEIGHBOR SERVICE platform, a unique income-generating marketplace in Thailand, to serve as a hub for buying and selling products based on special skills. This empowers all Thais to rise and move forward strongly on their own. Currently, over 1,800 sellers have opened shops, creating a friendship of sharing among neighbors and extending to the outside community to help drive the creation of a meaningful society, in line with the COMMUNITY OF THE FUTURE philosophy that AP uses as a guideline to care for and build a community for its residents.

“It is a continuation of AP's involvement in the Bangkok Design Week 2022 (BKKDW), an important and grand event in Bangkok. This year, BKKDW aims to present the concept of Co With Creation, thinking and creating pathways to survival. AP Thailand, as a leading real estate brand in Thailand, integrates ideas and gathers creative thoughts to transform the AP Pavilion with the showcase work ‘SIT/VID/ME Sit Together’, which stands out and reflects sustainable living design for the future,” Mr. Sarapisit said.

Visitors to the showcase ‘SIT/VID/ME Sit Together’ at the AP Pavilion can register and share their relationship-building experiences in the new era through social media to receive a free SIT/VID/ME chair that you can take anywhere, from today until February 13, 2022, at the exhibition point at the Central Post Office in Bang Rak, in front of TCDC on Charoen Krung Road (limited to 300 pieces per day).
