Central Pattana opens Central Park to invite city dwellers to listen to ‘Design Talk: Designing the Future of Bangkok,’ a discussion platform featuring the team behind the Dusit Central Park project, including project developers, Master Plan planners, architects, and global designers. They will share the journey of design from concept to real-world application, aiming to create spaces where the city and its people can grow together. The event will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at At Work, 6th Floor, Central Park Shopping Center. It will unveil the real working process of this large-scale mixed-use project, from planning and integrating retail, residence, office, and hotel spaces to interpreting the context of Bangkok through the perspectives of those behind the development and design.

This platform gathers all dimensions of the Dusit Central Park project development team, including Central Pattana and Dusit Thani, sharing their urban development philosophy under the concept ‘Here for Bangkok,’ as well as the Master Plan that integrates diverse uses at an urban scale. It features architects from the world-renowned studio OMA sharing their mixed-use design process in a real urban context, complemented by interior design perspectives from Linehouse, the connection of global vision with local context from A49, the contemporary interpretation of the heritage of Dusit Thani Bangkok by DWP, the design process of the sky garden as the city’s green structure by Landscape Collaboration, and the role of contemporary art in architectural spaces by Infinite Riot.

Highlights include decoding the design process from Master Plan to City Life, covering mixed-use design at an urban scale, interior retail design that connects the city, nature, and the rhythm of people's lives, contemporary interpretations of heritage, the design of the sky garden as the city’s green structure, and the role of art in architectural spaces, reflecting the design of Bangkok that connects with real usage, quality of life, and long-term sustainability.
