Seacon Home Building is making a strong entry into the home building market in 2022, advancing its digital marketing strategy alongside innovations that help prevent COVID-19. The company has introduced SEACON ID, a new service that allows customers to bring their existing house designs for immediate construction. The focus is on targeting customers looking to purchase large homes priced between 15 to 20 million baht and above, with a sales target of 2.4 billion baht.

              Mr. Manu Trakulwatanakij, Managing Director of Seacon Co., Ltd. stated that the business strategy for 2022 emphasizes marketing and brand building through increased digital marketing efforts as it aligns with current trends and has resulted in over 40% growth in sales. The company will continue to operate alongside offline channels such as exhibitions and roadshows, while also prioritizing innovations that help prevent COVID-19 and promote eco-friendliness. With the SEACON Cool & Clean System, homes will remain cool, safe from pollution and pathogens, help dissipate heat, reduce humidity using solar energy, expel stale air from inside the home, and introduce fresh air while filtering out PM 2.5.

            The core focus remains on maintaining brand credibility, ensuring quality construction standards, and providing a comprehensive working system while continuously innovating for customers.

            This year’s home building market trend shows two main customer groups with high purchasing power: large European-style homes and a younger demographic that prefers modern and minimalistic designs. Seacon has thus launched the new Horizon Series, which features spacious interiors with more stylish details than standard home designs, complete with essential functions.

            The company is confident that in 2022, it will drive overall sales to reach 2.4 billion baht, with continuous growth in the large home segment priced at 7 million baht and above, which has expanded by over 85%. The segment for homes priced at 15-20 million baht is also experiencing growth.

In terms of performance for 2021, the company exceeded its sales target by 14%, and when including SEACON ID, the sales surpassed the target by over 26%, resulting in total revenue of approximately 1.88 billion baht, distributed according to the usable area of the homes as follows:

  • Large homes with usable areas of 351 sq.m. and above: 55%
  • Medium homes with usable areas of 200-350 sq.m.: 32%
  • Small homes with usable areas of less than 200 sq.m.: 13%

 

           SEACON ID is a subsidiary of Seacon that offers a new service where customers can bring their existing house designs for us to build or, if they have a design in mind but don’t know how to explain it, our design team has the experience to design and build simultaneously with our comprehensive Seacon system. In 2021, SEACON ID achieved sales of 180 million baht, primarily from clients with budgets starting from 20 million baht and above. This year, the target is set at 500 million baht, focusing on providing even faster service.
