Treasury Department Opens Additional Booking Rights for Government Officials' Condos Phase 1 (Bangjak) Starting from 1.25-1.49 Million
The Director-General of the Treasury Department and executives visited the construction site to monitor the progress of the residential building “Integrated Welfare Project for Housing with Workplaces and Services for Civil Servants” Recently opened rights for interested parties to book additional participation in the project at plot K.T. 475 (partially) Bangjak Sub-district, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok at price levels of 1.25 million and 1.49 million

Mr. Praphat Khongiet, Director-General of the Treasury Department stated that one of the important missions in managing state property is to develop it to provide housing welfare for civil servants, ensuring they have their own residences in suitable locations and prices.
Previously, the Treasury Department has been working on contracts for the Integrated Welfare Project for Housing with Workplaces and Services for Civil Servants or Phase 1 condo project, which includes land lease agreements for state property for construction between the Treasury Department as the lessor and selected individuals, totaling 300 people, who have the rights to participate in all 4 plots as follows:
1) Plot N.B. 380 (partially), Bang Krasor Sub-district, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province
2) Plot K.T. 2918 (partially), Chong Nonsi Sub-district, Yan Nawa District, Bangkok
3) Plot K.T. 1060, Bang Kapi Sub-district, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok
4) Plot K.T. 475 (partially), Bangjak Sub-district, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok
The aforementioned tenants have contracted with construction companies and have engaged the company Treasury Asset Development Co., Ltd. to oversee the construction. The Treasury Department has already handed over the area for construction. This project consists of a residential building, 7 stories high, with 76 units, each approximately 40 square meters in usable space.


“After implementing Phase 1 of the project, the Treasury Department has expanded its operations by utilizing state property to carry out the housing welfare project for civil servants in state property or Phase 2, in collaboration with the Government Housing Bank (GHB) to support housing loans and Treasury Asset Development Co., Ltd.”
In analyzing the feasibility of the project, designing, procuring contractors, and developing the project, the department has opened the opportunity for qualified individuals, including 14 types of civil servants and retired civil servants, to book rights to participate in the project since April 1, 2021. The project has conducted qualification checks and preliminary loan assessments (pre-approval) for those booking rights to participate in the project, including applicants in Nonthaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ubon Ratchathani, and Chanthaburi provinces, which consist of a residential building, 7 stories high, with 76 units, each approximately 40 square meters, priced at 999,999 baht.
In Bangkok, the project is being carried out on state property plot K.T. 475 (partially), Bangjak Sub-district, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok, which is a residential building, 28 stories high, with 650 units, each approximately 34 square meters, divided into 3 price levels: 999,999 baht, 1,250,000 baht, and 1,499,999 baht.


For those interested, additional bookings for participation in the project at plot K.T. 475 (partially) Bangjak Sub-district Phra Khanong District, Bangkok are available at price levels of 1,250,000 baht and 1,499,999 baht, which is a 28-story condo located in the heart of Bangjak, catering to urban living, close to shopping areas, and providing convenient access to all destinations via the Bangjak BTS station and Chalong Rat Expressway
Another location that is open for additional bookings is in Ubon Ratchathani, priced at only 999,999 baht for a 40 square meter room, with 76 units located in the city center of Ubon Ratchathani, near Benjamaharach School, Central Plaza, and Ubon Ratchathani International Airport.
