They contribute significantly to economic value and impact the country's GDP by 42%, creating jobs and distributing economic prosperity across various regions. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic over the past two years, SME operators have faced significant challenges and have had to adapt to changes in all aspects, especially in rapidly accessing digital technology to align with the new lifestyle of consumers and manage their businesses to survive.
